Product Leader · Technologist · Operator

Kyle Weiss.

I build products that positively impact millions. I've scaled startups to eight-figure exits, led product at Twitter across a $350M enterprise API portfolio, and co-founded one of the largest public goods funding platforms in crypto. I care most about growing the people around me and building things that actually work.
I'm looking for my next opportunity in AI, crypto or other tech organizations who want to transform how they work and deliver value to customers.

About Me

I'm a builder. Products, teams, companies — I get obsessed with making things that work and matter. The intense immersion is the part I love.

Based in Sarasota. I spend my time building with AI, tinkering with hardware, and eFoiling. When I'm not doing those things, I'm probably with my family or reading about medicine/technology.

Lately I've been going deep on AI and the dramatic impact it can have. Agentic workflows, MCP skill buildouts, workflow automations and most importantly, training others to leverage the tech.

I've also gotten pulled into concierge medicine — specifically how AI can make individualized care accessible to more people, not just the wealthy.

AI & Agents

I run my own AI agents. Here's what I've learned.

I build and run my own AI agent infrastructure with Openclaw, Temporal and other tools. Agents are going to change how individuals and small teams compete with large organizations, and I'm building in the open to prove it. The tools are finally good enough that anyone can start. Happy to talk shop with anyone who's curious.

Agent Architecture

Building autonomous AI systems that think, plan, and act — turning complex workflows into intelligent, self-directed processes.

Human-AI Collaboration

Designing interfaces between human judgment and machine capability with MCPs.

Open Source

Contributing to the ecosystem that makes AI accessible to everyone — because the best technology should be shared.
