Product Leader · Forward Deployed Engineer · Operator
I've always been drawn to frontier technology and the people building at the edges of what's possible. I have a voracious need to learn, and a pull toward whatever felt like the next wave. Right now, that's AI. I am consulting with a number of firms as a Forward Deployed Engineer, focusing on AI transformation.
I'm interested in working with organizations who want to transform how they work and rethink how they deliver value to customers.
I am currently consulting with a number of organziations who need help accelerating their AI adoption, and proving out the immense value AI has for their business. Taking clients through the path of Augmention - Automation - Agentification. This role has now been coined Forward Build Engineering... but really it's merging a deep technical curiousity with strong business acumen. In the past, at human.tech I led AI implementation and product strategy for a privacy-preserving identity platform serving millions. At Passport XYZ I went from idea to 2.3M users and an acquisition. At Gitcoin I built Ethereum's leading capital allocation ecosystem (over $50M alocated) from nearly zero to 150+ contributors. At Twitter I lead our product teams focused on enterprise APIs and personally brought AI/ML classification to our API suite.
Setting product and GTM strategy for an AI-native, privacy-preserving identity platform serving millions. Rolling out Claude Code agents and MCP tooling org-wide — agentic BD workflows, code review, market planning, and weekly strategic digests.
Scaled from zero to 2.3M users in under 18 months, grew ARR from $0 to $1.25M+. Sold the company for eight figures.
Grew company from ten to 150 contributors across five distinct business units. Raised $10M+ in Series A. Found market fit with largest quadratic funding experiment in the world (funding OSS).
Owned product across a ~$350M enterprise revenue portfolio. Built and mentored a team of PMs who shipped Twitter API 2.0.
Grew the user base from 1.2M to 2M across consumer apps. Built the new deliverability platform that protected $500M in email sender revenue.
Co-founded Colorado Product, the largest PM network in the state. Built and shipped products across multiple early-stage startups.
I'm a builder. Products, teams, companies — I get obsessed with making things that work and matter. The intense immersion is the part I love.
Based in Sarasota. I spend my time building with AI, tinkering with hardware, and eFoiling. When I'm not doing those things, I'm probably with my family or reading about medicine/technology.
Now with AI, I'm as energized as I've ever been. I code daily with Claude Code and ship agentic systems and MCP tooling in production — but what's shifted is that I'm equally excited about helping others see what's possible. Mentoring teams, guiding organizations through AI adoption, showing people what this technology unlocks — that's the chapter I'm in now.
I've also gotten pulled into concierge medicine — specifically how AI can make individualized care accessible to more people, not just the wealthy.

I build company world models.
Knowledge graphs, RAG, and real-time streaming are finally good enough that a remote-first company can have a live, queryable picture of itself — every Slack thread, PR, doc, meeting note, decision, and blocker, all in one relational layer that humans and agents can reason over in real time. That's what I've spent the last year building for myself, and it's what I want to help small teams ship.
The structured memory.
Turning scattered remote-work signals — Slack threads, PRs, docs, meeting notes, decisions — into a relational graph of people, artifacts, and context. Every node is something an agent or teammate can follow.

Semantic and graph-aware retrieval over the live stream. "Why did we pivot away from X in March?" returns the actual thread, the PR, and the decision — not a hallucinated summary.
View buildThe action layer.
Long-running agents that watch the stream, reason across the graph, and ship work. Running on a self-hosted multi-agent platform with 198 tests. One of my agents recently designed and shipped a full job-tracking feature overnight, end to end.
